What is a “rebuffer?"

A "rebuffer" is a fancy way of saying "stall-out". This occurs when a video stops playing during the playback experience. Industry-wide, stall-outs occur on 25% (25 out of 100) of all playback experiences, but with SmartVideo, this rate is under 3% (3 out of 100).

This leads to an 8x improvement to video playback experience. 🙌
